Shipping policy

 

At this time we are not able to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Please note we cannot ship to any PO Boxes or FPO/APO military addresses.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. All orders are charged to the form of payment used at checkout when the order is placed. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays and/or standard/expedited orders placed after 12pm PST will ship on the next business day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed at this time. The Susan Faris warehouse and office will be closed on weekends and holidays.

We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, and to eligible international addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; the Susan Faris brand does not have control over such charges and cannot predict what charges the international order may incur.
